Lately...

I'm so behind on this post, so it's not really what we've been doing lately per se... This is more of a what we've been doing so far this year!

So here's what we've been doing in 2015...

taking walks


which usually end up at the school playground :)

flying kites

and jumping on the trampoline

going to Girl Scout meetings

and playing baseball

We went to Marvel Universe Live at Reliant Park

which was super cool!

And we went ice skating at the Sugar Land rink.

We went to Dallas for our niece's wedding.

(Look at those curls!!!)

And I went to a super fun women's conference in Beaumont 

where Bill & Giuliana Rancic were the guest speakers!

We got a pet fish!

Make that 2.

(Their names are Freida & Zoe Franklin.)

(Yes, our fish has a last name & no, it is not our last name. Funny how pet names work out!)

We also found a turtle. 

Which we did not keep as a pet even though Addy really really wanted to.

(I told her she could keep it as a pet in the backyard in a plastic swimming pool. But somehow it ended up in her room, crawled off her bed while she was taking a bath & then it took me 20 minutes to find it! And that my friends, is why we do NOT have a pet turtle!)

We celebrated the 100th Day of School




Autism Awareness Day

Dress Like a Rockstar Day

And Teacher Appreciation Week.

And Alex competed in the SOE Tug of War day.

(Unfortunately, Addy was sick & missed Tug of War day.)

And those are some of the things that we've done in 2015!
